There are different types of tea that we can choose from. All of these teas are antioxidants and good for the body. First we have; Black tea, full and strong flavored which contains caffeine and preferred by many compared to coffee because of its nutritional content. Next is the Green tea which has a calming effect on the nervous system. Third is Chai tea, which originates from India composed of rich black tea, heavy milk, a combination of various spices and a sweetener. The Oolong tea contains polyphenols this also helps in weight loss. And the White tea, lighter in flavor that helps the body’s immune system and it is the least processed among all the teas.
