Decided Not to Read Any Sigma 20mm F 1.8 Review Before Checking out the Lens

I decided that instead of looking at any Sigma 20mm f 1.8 review I would test out this lens for myself in order to reach my own conclusions and only then compare it with what everyone else is saying. For me this was quite a risky endeavor as I have been known to buy things impulsively. I am however also easily swayed by reviews, which is why I have decided to do things differently for a change. My first impressions of the Sigma were quite favorable and all the photos that I took with it looked very sharp to the regular eye. I asked the salesperson if we could check out the shots up close on a computer and he said that it was no problem. Even fully blown up on computer the shots still looked sharp so it took a lot of restraint not to buy the lens then and there.
