There is an endemic problem with education (and in this I include training in the value of hard work and fiscal discipline) in poorer communities of the US. Social mobility in the US is decreasing. Of course, individual responsibility plays a role but why is this problem so great in the community where you grew up and not so great in Paris Hilton’s?
