Whenever one hears the word Deli Shop, one thinks of the word "expensive". True, they might sport products like Italian and German sausages that have names that are challenging to pronounce but they are not THAT expensive as many would think.
Let me introduce you to Earle's Delicatessen.
Condiments such as mayonnaise and mustard are available for free. Earle's meat and sausages selections are wide, making me want to go back and try all of them. I liked the meatiness and spiciness of their Hungarian Sausage and the fact that I didn't even have to put anything fancy to dress it up because it was good as it is. As for the Roast Beef Sandwich, it wasn't the best Roast Beef sandwich I've tasted but it wasn't bad at all. The veggies they used were fresh and crisp.
The cost? ...Php222.00. Good for 2 people.
Deli-cious.
Earle's Delicatessen is located at the Ground Floor Tower 2, 1088 The Columns, Ayala Avenue, Makati City.
The sandwiches are ok but the crew really sucks !
Not friendly, smily, they lean on the cashier and don't even look at you when they are speacking. You really have the feeling to bother them when you enter in the shop.
Even more, last time, they REFUSE TO SERVE US FOOD because they did not have change on a 500 bill ! Is it so complicated to go to the shops around and make it ? I don't think so...
I was really surprised by their attitude,
They really have to improve the quality of their services.

their supervisors wearing blue and yellow polos doesn't know how to face and handle customer complaints...and they don't have enough knowledge about their products, i always see them ask their crews about the product.

I would like to bring to the attendtion of Earle's Deli owners a very unpleasant experience I had with the cashier of your newly opened branch in Wynsum Building.
I stepped in the store around 545pm this afternoon and saw this display that your cups are sealed. I asked about it and the lady replied as if I was an idiot and couldn't understand the rationale of the plastic sealed cup. I won't go into detail anymore about this as it's just getting me more upset.
Then I look at the displays in the chillers etc and seeing the products not very organised enquired to the same lady if they have parmigiano regiano. She replied with the price of the item (4oo+ pesos) and didn't even look up to face me.
At that point, I was totally pissed off already and told her that I wasn't asking for how much it is and was simply asking if they had it.
Having realised how rude she was, she now looks at me and apologises and said that she misunderstood me. I can't imagine how that could've been the case. I told her that what she did was very offensive and walked out.
