Another night of my inasal quest. I already went to Chicken Bacolod and to Bacolod Chicken Inasal. So when I saw Mang Inasal, I thought I'd try it out. Peejay, a fellow blogger, told me not to try Mang Inasal. But why? Of course, I got curious.
Now I know why Peejay told me not to try it. Mang Inasal's chicken can't be compared to Chicken Bacolod's and moreso, Bacolod Chicken Inasal's flavorful and tasty chicken inasal. Mang Inasal's was very salty, soy sauce heavy and does not even have a tinge of that Inasal flavor. If I'm going to compare Mang Inasal's chicken to Goodah's and Hot Rocks', it still won't win.
Now, on to the price...Php82.00 + P82.00 + 45.00...
The cost? ...Php209.00
Tipid meal but also tipid in flavor.

hahaha! sabi sayo di masarap dun. tried it once, never went back.
masubukan nga yung sa goodah.
tried the inasal of aristocrat, it was okay but far from the authentic inasal, like JT or Bacolod Chicken House. but better than mang inasal's

Peejay, LOL. Eh kasi na-curious ako kung bakit ayaw mong ipa-try yung Mang Inasal sa akin eh. Hahahaha!

Hehe. :-)

They have Eat-All-You-Can rice promo. That i think make them popular to "hungry" people.

open po ba for franchise ang Mang Inasal??

Hello guys! Yes, for your information, Mang Inasal is open for franchising. You will need a big capital just for grilling chickens as well as their bonds and renovation cost. Just log on to www.manginasal.com.
I would like to comment on their chicken. It's good. It's cheap especially for students. However, if you tasted Joel Torre's Manukan or short for JT's Manukan, definitely, you'll love the taste rather than Mang Inasal. Their chickens are more bigger than others. The only drawback, you will have to wait long for your orders to arrived coz a lot of people are dining out there. I also love the vinegar. And you can also buy one of their best-tasting vinegar to match with any fried dishes you desired. One thing good on Mang Inasal. It's everywhere and its fast. JT's Manukan, I believe they have only branches in near at Santolan, Libis and one I think in some part of Quezon City too. I have also heard that they are opening in Malate soon.
As for Bacolod Chicken Inasal, I hate the taste. I highly recommend other intead of Bacolod Chicken Inasal.
Thanks for reading.
Be safe...
